1. Agreement and scope
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you access or use the Beauty AI Collective website (the “Site”), join the Founding Interest List, or interact with communications enabled through the Site. By doing so, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.
These Terms apply only to this pre-launch Site and its related interest-list communications. Any future BAC membership, product, event, service, app, or paid offering may have separate terms presented before enrollment, purchase, or participation. Those separate terms will apply to that offering if there is a conflict.
2. Coming-soon status; no offer or commitment
BAC is currently in development. Site content, planned features, launch timing, eligibility, founding-member criteria, access, benefits, prices, and availability may change, be delayed, or not be offered. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, a solicitation, a guarantee, or a promise that a future offering will be available on any particular terms.
Joining the Founding Interest List is voluntary and does not create a membership, enrollment, purchase, payment obligation, reservation, priority position, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or other business relationship between you and BAC. BAC may contact people on the list, but is not obligated to offer access to any particular person or business.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
The Site and Founding Interest List are intended for adults age 18 or older who are interested in beauty-business education, automation, or community. You agree that information you submit is accurate, current, and your own to provide. Do not submit another person’s information without their permission.
4. Your information and communications choices
Email launch updates require the separate email consent presented on the interest-list form. Details about information handling and your choices appear in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit payment-card data, government identifiers, passwords, health information, biometric data, confidential client information, or other sensitive information through the Site or by email unless BAC separately instructs you to do so through an appropriate, secure process.
5. Educational content and responsible AI use
BAC provides general educational and informational content. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, licensing, employment, privacy, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for seeking qualified advice when needed.
BAC may discuss or use generative AI and automation. AI-assisted content and outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You must use human judgment, verify important information, protect client and confidential data, and decide whether any output is appropriate to use. 6. No results, earnings, or compliance promises
BAC does not promise or guarantee revenue, profit, client growth, time savings, business success, platform approval, compliance, accuracy, security, availability, or any other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside BAC’s control, including your own decisions and implementation, market conditions, professional obligations, and third-party services.
7. Feedback and voluntary submissions
Please do not send BAC ideas, suggestions, concepts, files, or other materials that you expect BAC to keep confidential unless BAC first agrees in writing. If you voluntarily send feedback or suggestions, you grant BAC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, adapt, publish, and incorporate that feedback for any lawful business purpose without compensation or further permission. This does not change how BAC handles personal information under the Privacy Policy.
8. BAC intellectual property
The Beauty AI Collective and BAC names, bespoke logo, brand system, Site design, written content, graphics, concepts, and other Site materials are owned by or licensed to BAC and are protected by applicable intellectual- property laws. Except for limited personal or internal-business viewing of the Site, these Terms do not give you a license to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, create competing materials from, or commercially exploit BAC materials without prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity;
- submit false information or impersonate another person or business;
- interfere with the Site, its security, or another visitor’s use of it;
- scrape, harvest, crawl, extract, data mine, reverse engineer, or use automated means to access Site content or forms without written permission;
- upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data;
- misuse BAC branding, content, forms, or communications.
10. Third-party services
The Site may rely on or link to third-party platforms, communications providers, analytics tools, AI tools, or other services. BAC does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, availability, decisions, security, or performance. A reference to a third-party service is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee that it is appropriate for your circumstances.
11. Site availability and suspension
BAC may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Site, the interest list, or communications at any time, with or without notice. BAC may also restrict access where it reasonably believes a person has violated these Terms, created risk for BAC or others, or used the Site improperly.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. BAC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Site, its content, communications, or third-party services. BAC’s total aggregate liability for any such claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid BAC, if any, to use the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BAC and its founder, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement or violation of another person’s rights. BAC may assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.
14. Governing law, claims, and severability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claim arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
15. Changes to these Terms
BAC may update these Terms as the Site, future offerings, or legal requirements evolve. The “Effective and last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version became effective. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, stop using the Site.
