Hi, I’m Leonia Moore.

Founder of Beauty AI Collective, Atlanta born and raised, and an ATL shawty through and through.

I believe beauty professionals deserve more than talent and hustle alone. They deserve the right systems, support, and space to build businesses that feel as strong behind the scenes as they look online.

With a background in technical product ownership, business strategy, and AI-enabled workflow design, I’ve spent my career turning complex ideas into practical tools people can actually use. That is the heart behind BAC.

Beauty AI Collective was created for the professional who is great at their craft but tired of carrying every client message, follow-up, content idea, booking detail, and business decision alone. Here, AI and automation are not about replacing the personal touch—they are about protecting more of it.

Atlanta taught me to think big, move with confidence, be resourceful, and bring people with me. I built BAC with that same energy: clear strategy, useful tools, and a community where beauty professionals can learn, connect, and grow together.
