1. Information we collect
When you join the Founding Interest List, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your first name, email address, optional beauty business type, email-marketing consent record, signup source, and the date and time you submit the form.
We may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as basic browser or device information, request and referring-page information, and campaign or UTM information included in a link. BAC does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies to measure individual visitor behavior.
2. How we use information
We may use the information we collect to:
- manage and maintain the Founding Interest List;
- send launch news and marketing emails you requested;
- respond to questions and provide support;
- understand interest in BAC and improve our website and communications;
- protect the website, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
3. Consent records and marketing preferences
We keep records of the date and time associated with email consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in an email. You may also contact us using the email address below.
4. AI-assisted operations
BAC may use AI-assisted tools for internal drafting, research organization, workflow development, and quality review. This coming-soon website does not currently provide an AI chatbot or ask visitors to submit personal information for AI-generated advice. If a future feature processes visitor content through AI, BAC will provide additional information at the point of use.
5. Service providers
BAC uses Brevo to manage subscriptions and deliver email communications. When you join the Founding Interest List, your name, email address, consent record, and relevant subscription information are transferred to Brevo for that purpose. Brevo may also process email-delivery and engagement information, such as whether an email was opened or a link was selected, when those features are enabled. We may also use trusted providers to operate the website, store data, prevent misuse, or provide technical services. Providers may process information only as needed to perform services for BAC and under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
BAC currently uses only essential website storage. This includes a small setting saved on your device, called bac-cookie-notice-v2, that remembers you have seen the cookie notice and allows you to reopen Privacy choices. It is not used to track your browsing activity, create an advertising profile, or share your behavior with advertising networks.
BAC does not currently use optional analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies. The Brevo connection that manages Founding Interest List submissions runs on the server and does not place an optional tracking cookie in your browser. There are no optional cookies for you to accept or reject at this time.
If BAC later adds optional technology, such as an analytics tool, advertising pixel, social-media tracker, or third-party embedded content, we will update this policy and show clear cookie details before that technology is used. Those details will identify the provider, purpose, and storage period, and we will ask for your choice where required. You can review the current details at any time through the Privacy choices button on this website.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide requested communications, maintain appropriate consent and opt-out records, protect the site, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. Retention periods may vary based on the type and purpose of the information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including limiting access to BAC contact data to the founder and expressly approved support personnel. We do not ask for passwords, payment card information, client files, protected health information, or other sensitive information through the Founding Interest List form. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
This website and the Founding Interest List are intended for adult beauty professionals and business owners. BAC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address the request.
